Outlinely does not store any of your data on our own servers. Your data is stored locally on your device, or stored on your iCloud Drive if you choose to enable iCloud. We do not have any information about your iCloud ID and usages.
When you enter our website, your internet browser automatically transmits data for technical reasons. This information is neither collected nor stored by us.
We may collect information that is not considered personally identifiable, such as crash reports. The information collected does not reflects or references an individually identifiable user. We collect this information to offer better services and to fix bugs and crashes.
You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive general information about Outlinely, updates, new features and other useful information related to Outlinely. In order to know where to send you this newsletter we require your email address. If and when you do so, we will store and use your email address only to send you the newsletter and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
Exceptionally when you contact us via email or send us messages using social media, we may collect personally identifiable information to deliver information to you. In any case we will only use this personal information to respond to your inquiries, to update a notification to resolve disputes and/or to troubleshoot problems. This information will not be shared with others unless you specifically request so.
Information we share
We take privacy very seriously, as stated above we don’t store any information regarding entries made to Ouylinely in our servers. We collect and store few data. most of it is information not considered personally identifiable. And even so we do not share this or any other personal information with anyone outside of our company, with the exceptions described below:
We work together with other companies who provide services to us, like hosting our website, providing our help desk software, providing the weather forecast, hosting our cloud services, etc. We only share personal information with these companies if it is necessary for them to provide their services. All companies we work with provide at least industry standard systems and processes to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information.
We also share personal information if disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable terms of service, including investigation of potential violations thereof; to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security issues; and to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Glam Software, Ltd, our company, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

– Current price of subscription: $14.99 per year
– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
